POSITION INFO:

• Estate Manager: This is not a real estate manager position. It is a private villa
  • Supervising in-house projects.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day tasks and operations of the home;
  • Managing household bills and administrative duties.
  • Running errands and purchasing items where required.
  • Ensure that Security is on site and performing their duties accurately.
  • Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure the homes Pool, Jacuzzi, and Tennis court are well maintained by maintenance.
  • Fireplace maintenance is done and checked regularly.
  • The air conditioners are to be checked weekly to ensure they are working.
  • All household equipment, including how it is used, charged, and refurnished.
  • The Theatre System is checked, and the theatre room is maintained.
  • Sound Systems are to be checked and that it is used correctly.
  • Gardening services/ landscaping ensure it is up to the family’s standards,
  • Recon expenditure of the house.
  • Grocery shopping and stock taking of products,
  • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work.
  • Responsibilities included planning, organizing, and coordinating events.
  • Managing household calendars and schedules.
  • Arranging appointments, scheduling, and supervising home maintenance projects.
  • Completing any other requested administrative tasks.
  • Understanding of food and beverages.
  • Able to understand an instruction and to act accordingly.
  • Able to act as a Host when and if requested.
  • Compile and maintain a standard operating procedure user manual for the entire Estate.
  • Ensure the entire estate''s alarm system is always activated after every shift for the day.
  • Submit daily and weekly progress reports to your supervisors.
  • Communicate regularly on WhatsApp property groups.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate well with high-profile clients and guests.
  • Silver Plate service skills (Butler)
  • Complete lists of preparation steps for client and guest visits
  • Any other duties as may instructed from time to time.
