• Develop and implement procurement and logistics strategies to align with company goals.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14000 standards and other relevant regulations.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and manage budgets effectively.
• Establish and maintain operational frameworks to optimize efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A diploma with extensive experience will be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Procurement and Logistics Manager, preferably in the renewable energy or related sector.
• Qualifications: Completed or in-progress CIPS qualification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ISO 14000 standards is required.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
