Extensive supplier knowledge across Southern and East African destinations.

Strong analytical skills to optimize performance using data-driven insights. 

A collaborative team player with professional presentation skills. 

Experience with source markets like Germany, North America, Latin America, France, and Asia. 

Familiarity with systems like Travelyst or TourPlan. 

Supplier Negotiation: Secure best-in-class terms, overrides, and product offerings. 

Product Development: Curate premium offerings for websites, social media, and training materials. 

Training & Development: Organize supplier training, site inspections, and familiarization trips to enhance destination knowledge. 

Sales Collaboration: Identify opportunities to maximize profitability and align product strategies with market needs. 

Product Management: Oversee accurate product information across platforms and ensure alignment with the brand’s image. 

Performance Optimization: Analyze sales performance and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved. 

A proven track record of building and maintaining supplier relationships. 

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
