Product (UI/UX) Designer

The role:
- Work with the wider teams to gather design requirements
- Create user story flows for new and existing features
- Produce UX wireframes and Figma designs
- Take part in research initiatives (interviews, surveys, user testing and trials)
- Working in an Agile team, you're encouraged to voice your opinion, make recommendations, and provide feedback - there's a genuine trust put in their team, they listen and take action.
We're looking for a mix of the following:
- Proven UX experience (designing interfaces and experience in the software space)
- Confident using Figma, Sketch and/or Adobe
- Wireframing experience
- Strong communication skills - you'll be presenting designs and ideas to the team and stakeholders
- Ability to take research findings into practical designs
- Experience working in an Agile environment would be advantageous
