Job Duties:

• Develop and implement product execution strategies to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Analyse market trends and consumer insights to drive product innovation
• Oversee product packaging, pricing, and promotional strategies
• Monitor and report on product performance, making recommendations for improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Marketing Degree, IMM Diploma or Equivalent
• Proven experience in product management within the FMCG industry
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management
• In-depth knowledge of product development processes
• Experience with market research and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, IMM Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in launching new products in the FMCG sector
• Knowledge of the South African beverage market

Working Conditions:

• Normal office environment
• Occasional travel may be required
