SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in the Adhesion Systems sector. This role involves actively marketing a range of technical products, building strong client relationships, and providing expert consultation to match products with various materials (wood, plastic, paper, carton, boards)

Product Sales Specialist (EE)
Location: Pinetown, Durban
Package: R27,000 p/m + Commission (R12K–R16K) + Company Vehicle + Petrol Card + Medical Aid + Pension

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in the Adhesion Systems sector. This role involves actively marketing a range of technical products, building strong client relationships, and providing expert consultation to match products with various materials (wood, plastic, paper, carton, boards). Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Growth – Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• New Business Development – Follow up on leads within 24 hours and identify new business opportunities.
• Technical Consultation – Advise clients on the best chemical solutions tailored to their needs.
• Industry & Product Knowledge – Work closely with Research & development to deliver competitive solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Account Management – Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, provide product training, and oversee stock levels.
• Debt Collection & Admin – Assist with collections, customer queries, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Compliance & Operations – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock management, and distribution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education:
• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Tertiary diploma or qualification in sales, marketing, or a related technical field (advantageous).
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ technical sales experience in plastics, paper & packaging, chemicals, or a related industry.
• Proven track record in business development and sales.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (advantageous).
