Job Description:
Helpdesk Administration (Log Calls, Follow up on Calls, etc.)
Writing and releasing notes for new versions
Releasing new program versions to clients
Installing/Upgrading software products
Ad Hoc testing of software products
Support software products (Telephonically & On-Site)
Liaising with customers externally (Phone Enquiries)
Liaising internally (Development department & Colleagues)
Testing (test completed calls or queries from clients)
Logging calls on behalf of clients

Skills & Experience:
MS SQL Knowledge and experience
Innovative, Eagerness to learn, Strong interpersonal skills, Attention to detail, and Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
Computer literate and strong technical ability
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Strong administration skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Experience and strong knowledge of MS Office

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or proven experience-based equivalent
