SUMMARY:
Update all relevant production reports and statistics. The right hand for all Production administration duties for the Production Manager

POSITION INFO:

MANUFACTURING/AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

Submit Clockings and Time sheets for payroll purposes

Administering production bonusses
Any task/request from Production Management

Support/stand-in for Production Team Leaders as may be required

Stock take – Production tools, etc.
Ordering of Production tools, etc.
Responsible for recording and reporting to Manager relevant production budgets, graphs, etc.

Confirmation & broadcast of production schedules
Production admin (PES stats/graphs, green area minutes, down time sheets, documentation,
