Minimum Requirements

Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
5 to 7 Years’ powder coating experience essential
Refrigeration experience would be beneficial
Previous exposure to a production environment would be advantageous
Strong technical/operational background
Proficient on MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

Arrange, update and issue jobs to, day and night shift Paint Shop teams as per daily production
Schedule (production schedule software)
Stores requisitions & collections (in accordance with stores time slots)
Scan jobs & allocate material/components (Visual)
Final QC checks (handover to next department)
Ensure maintenance logs are completed
Ensure testing is done on washing tanks and records are completed
Stock and consumables control
Housekeeping
Ensure that ISO requirements are met and maintained
Ensure that Company and Client’s quality standards are complied with
