SUMMARY:
Do you have excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English with production foreman experience?
Our National client based in East Rand Gauteng requires your excellent staff management skills to join their highly successful production team ensuring deadlines are met timeously.
We are looking for an all-rounder who has the ability to multi-task well.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric and relevant qualifications highly advantageous
Own transport and drivers license
Thorough understanding of production operations.
First Language Afrikaans and must be able to speak English
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills with ability to train staff
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs

DUTIES
Train and manage production employees on the assigned shift
Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations to staff
Oversee production operations on shift
Manage employees in the range of 13 to 15 employees
Prepare work schedules to ensure efficient operations with positive results
Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment
Troubleshoots issues that arise and provide solutions
Contact maintenance department of equipment problems
Ensure that employees comply with applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Ensure reports are completed
Performs any other related duties as assigned within the company

Salary: R20k negotiable, dependent on experience
