SUMMARY:
A dynamic and well established company based in JHB central is looking to employ a Production Foreman with 3- 5 years’ experience working in a similar environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid Driver’s license
Training will be provided as this is a niche manufacturing organisation
Candidate must be ethical, confident, exceptional communication & leadership skills
Candidate must have experience working in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of processes, procedures and ISO
Planning, directing and coordinating activities in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
Must have effective communication skills and be able to give instructions
Oversee production operations on assigned shift.
Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment
Troubleshoots issues that arise
Strong technical and project management skills.
