As part of shaping our robust Talent pipeline, a vacancy exists in the Production department for an Industrial Engineering Intern.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of production processes
• Conduct data analysis to optimise production efficiency
• Participate in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities
• Support the implementation of quality control measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must not currently be or have previously been part of a SETA funded internship or graduate program

Education:

Diploma in Industrial Engineering

Experience:

No prior experience required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of production processes and quality control standards
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Working Conditions:

This role is based in a production facility in Cape Town. The intern will work full-time hours on a contract basis, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals in a dynamic work environment.
