SUMMARY:
A dynamic manufacturing company based in JHB is looking to employ a Production Manager with 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transport
Candidate must be an experience Production Supervisor / Manager
Must have some knowledge of machinery
Must show initiative
To ensure that only good blanks are used in the manufacturing process.
To ensure that products are produced to technical specifications and quality standards
Manager has the responsibility and authority to stop the production process should there be any deviation from these standards.
To ensure that operators and Foreman are working efficiently and are achieving production output standards.
To ensure that operators are trained and working to their respective work instructions.
To maintain records as required by management to demonstrate proper control.
To ensure that machinery is operating correctly.
