Our client in textile industry is looking for a Production Manager to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Monitor, report and manage efficiencies, absenteeism and output targets
2. Devise action plans to boost performance to ensure all targets are met
3. Uphold quality standards
4. Manage staff (10)
5. No shift work (Monday to Friday working hours)

Key Skills
Ability to work under pressure
Accurate numerical skills
Good organizing and planning skills
Skills to apply disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently
Strong leadership skills

5 Years of Experience

Qualifications

Matric with Maths would be advantageous
Diploma or Certificate in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines would be advantageous
