JOB PURPOSE: To provide effective supervision to personnel to ensure production standards and regulations are maintained. To oversee the overall manufacturing of the factory, ensure optimized production and to ensure safe work environment for staff.
Experience & Qualifications:
ØA minimum of 5 Years Management Experience in a manufacturing operation in the vehicle industry.
ØSolid working knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 QS.
ØSuitable Technical Qualification.
ØLean Manufacturing Implementation Experience .
ØPerformance Management Experience.
ØKnowledge of Road Ordinances and Safety Regulations.

ØOversee Production Plan/Schedule for all new Truck Bodies and Trailers.
ØDaily follow-ups on Production Progress as scheduled.

ØManage Overtime on a day-to-day basis.

ØCo-ordinate Training and Development of all production staff.
ØCo-ordinate Disciplinary Procedures.
ØContinual Improvement of Production Processes.
