Production Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client a leader in the agriculture industry is looking for an experienced production officer to join their team. Candidate will be responsible for: 
  • Monitor seed growers/seed production on crops (sunflowers, small grains) 
  • Plant & control inspection on units
  • Harvest, dispatch, processing & packaging 
  • Coordination of pollination units wiht regards to pollinations, harvesting and sending to seed plants
  • Seed sampling 
  • 3-5 years experience 
  • Own transport 
  • Fluent in afrikaans & english 
  • SANSOR certification
