SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Manufacturing Industry is currently seeking a Production Supervisor in the Johannesburg South, Nasrec area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Management of junior staff
Ensuring production targets are met
Enforcing health and safety policies
Ensuring packaging plant is neat and tidy at all times
Ensuring products being packed is in accordance with all quality standards
Requesting for raw materials returning raw materials to stores in good condition
Maintaining staff efficiencies
Training and development of staff
Recording of all bottle counters /recording of production figures damage registers and decanting registers
Reporting all breakdowns and downtime also Ensuring breakdowns are fixed in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

*Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role.
* Matric certificate
* A Clear criminal record
