SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dedicated and caring professional nurse to join our team in the Neonatal ICU unit of a hospital in Port Elizabeth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key responsibilities includes:
  • Attend to handover reports during shift change
  • Complete nursing care to premature and ill new-born babies
  • Assisting doctors on unit rounds and carry out their orders
  • Accurate stock control and correct patient billing
  • Providing comfort and support to parents and family members
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment
Education/Skills:
Diploma/Degree in General Nursing Science
Post basic Neonatal ICU qualification (essential)
SANC registered
2yrs+ working experience in NNICU ward
Advanced computer literacy
Ability to work both day & night shift
Mature personality with good communication skills
