SUMMARY:
Seeking an Project Administrator with industry experience in engineering and R&D (office-based role).

POSITION INFO:
Are you a detail-oriented Project Administrator with a passion for engineering and R&D? A leading technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced professional to support project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management within a dynamic team environment. This office-based role in Ormonde offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

BTech in any Engineering discipline.
3-5 years’ experience in an R&D product development environment.
PMBOK or equivalent certification (advantageous).
Theory of Constraints (TOC) knowledge (advantageous).

Requirements:

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Experience in technical projects involving hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical components.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):

Project Support & Coordination: Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project progress.
Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
Budget & Resource Monitoring: Track project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
Risk & Issue Tracking: Identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing project management processes and efficiency.
Certifications Management: Coordinate and track regulatory certifications like ICASA, LOA, CE, and UKCA.
