POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location:

West Coast District, Vredenburg, St Helena Bay

Job Type:

6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and oversee project team members and subcontractors
• Develop project timelines and budgets
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
• Risk management and problem-solving throughout project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• BSc in Civil Engineering
• BSc in Construction Management

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
• Experience using Microsoft Project software
• Prior experience managing construction projects

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP)
