Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

• Excellent risk management and mitigation skills, capable of anticipating potential risks and developing response strategies.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively managing stakeholders and team communication.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Ability to manage and motivate a project team, ensuring high performance and morale.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
