Location:

• Initial relocation to Ostrava, followed by a long-term move to Prague with occasional business trips across the Czech Republic or to Germany

Requirements:

• University Degree in Economics, Business, or Technical disciplines
• Experience working in a staffing agency
• Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic
• South African Driver’s License and a willingness to obtain an international license or complete driving school in the Czech Republic
• Proficiency in English (C1) and an eagerness to drive for work-related travel
• Strong strategic, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards people
• Be results-oriented and have willingness to learn new things
• Leadership skills, ability to delegate, solve problems efficiently, and negotiate confidently

Key Responsibilities:

• As we expand into Germany and secure contracts with several businesses, we need you to take ownership of overseeing these clients and fostering strong business relationships with them
• You will be tasked with initiating, managing, and developing projects on German market while ensuring profitability and deadlines
• Collaborating with colleagues from Ostrava and Munich, management, and external clients, including German-speaking counterparts
• Proposing and implementing new ideas and leading your own projects
• Regularly reporting progress to your team and management
