Lead, Plan & Deliver - Become Our Next IT Project Manager!

POSITION INFO:
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for Agile methodologies? We are looking for a highly organized professional to oversee the development and delivery of software projects. This is your chance to work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Manage Kanban boards to track work progress.
Maintain backlog priorities and ensure clear deliverables.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and mitigate project risks.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software project management.
Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
