Project Manager required for a digital agency in England.
This company is incredibly well-known and is just going from strength to strength with the business growing due to a recent acquisition. They are taking the industry by storm, working with some of the most well-known names and companies in the world (and they show no sign of stopping!).
With a lot of new client wins happening, they are keen to bring in a Project Manager who comes from a strong digital/agency/software background to hit the ground running, keeping the team organised, productive and happy! You'll be someone who comes from an Agile environment, ideally with experience of working with a CMS (like Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress etc.)
As expected, you will be overseeing all aspects of different projects (with some pretty big budgets!) from conception to completion, ensuring that key deadlines are met. You'll have strong communication skills - after all, you'll be working with everyone from Account Management through to the Development team internally as well as external clients, so strong stakeholder management skills are key.
You'll have most of the following skills / experience:
** Experience as a Project Manager in an agency/digital environment/software company
** Experience in an Agile environment
** CMS experience (ideally Sitecore, however flexible)
** Background in managing multiple, concurrent projects
** Ability to triage tickets using Jira (or similar tool)
** Comfortable attending meetings with clients to gather and deliver feedback
** Ensure project documentation is created and maintained in order to capture risks and issues
** Monitor and then report on the progress of tickets to all stakeholders, externally and across the business
This is a really cool opportunity to join a growing agency at a key time for them, with the chance to join a dynamic and well-respected team.
The salary on offer is up to £45,000 dependent on experience. There is also a generous benefits package on offer - opportunity to buy and sell holidays, training and development scheme, Perkbox, online medical care, employee assistance programme, electric vehicle scheme and annual company days out (very important to them from a culture perspective!) to name a few.
The role is remote first (unless you want to be office-based), and the company have offices in Leeds, Cardiff, Manchester, Belfast and London. You will need to be within commutable distance to one of these offices to be able to attend client meetings as and when required.
