SUMMARY:
Well Established Company in the Construction Sector is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team based on the East Rand

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Requirements

1) Planning:-

People, material and plant needed for various job sites
Be able to plan various job sites at once
Plan logistics of various sites
Create start up packs with goals for the team prior to starting the job site
Set up and/or attend site and client meetings to plan the execution of the job sites

2) Daily Routine:-

Capture and report on Daily m2 placed, m3 placed, stock usage, site instructions and . variation orders to be captured
Approving and signing off of overtime hours
Ensure asset management is done
Ensure quality procedures are executed on site
Ensure Quality is met and tolerances are achieved
Ensuring sites are snagged and signed off
Ensure people work safely on site and represent the company

3) Computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook - drawing program would be a bonus

4) Problem solving, leadership and conflict resolutions skills

5) Own vehicle highly preferable
