POSITION INFO:

Deloitte is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the team on a contract Assignment, for an Implementations Project. This role will run for 6 months.

The ideal candidate will have Commercial Project Management experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain

Scope:

Product profitability.

• PMO for CORES/HL for next 6 months.

• Straight PMO but must have commercial knowledge (CORES, manufacturing, Teams involved etc)

• Be able to connect the dots and manage interdependencies

• Be well researched and fact based. Challenge the teams in terms of their representations

• Understand the grain of the Value Chain and visualise it.

• Be street smart and catch the ABI BS.

• Be an Advisor and have a well researched opinion

• be mature enough to push back.

• Connect a lot of teams.

• Conduct the right level of interviews/deep dives.

Activities

• Systematically run the train (CORES/HL project)

• Challenge Commercial teams (e.g. Legal team). Use 1st principles Thinking

• Advance the CORES/HL process and coordinate people to change the process. Utilise a bit of political maneuvering

• Run weekly check ins (FVO)
