In this vital role, you will oversee all administrative tasks related to the company's properties, ensuring smooth operations, maximizing collections, and maintaining excellent tenant and staff relationships.

POSITION INFO:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve set goals and maximize collections
• Monitor team performance, set clear, measurable goals, and ensure efficiency and accuracy in collections
• Address concerns and follow up on outstanding balances or payment issues
• Ensure Supervisors and Revenue Management Controllers submit the necessary reports
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and proactively manage accounts
• Handle tenant queries, adjustments, and meet with high-profile tenants when necessary
• Promote excellent employee relationships, provide coaching, and assist in staff development
• Assist in onboarding new team members and maintain strong communication across departments
• Prepare pre-billing Rentroll sheets, resolve errors, and manage high-profile tenant accounts
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new tenants and manage Rentroll & MDA system updates
• Coordinate, plan, and complete property-related projects
• Ensure files are submitted to the Legal Department in a timely manner
• Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for the annual audit and finalize annual rates and refuse increases

• Proven experience in property administration or property management
• Strong leadership, team management, organizational, and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Rentroll & MDA systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
