Job Description: Property Broker

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Broker to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successful property transactions.

Responsibilities:

* Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate property transactions
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and property values
* Negotiate and finalize property deals on behalf of clients
* Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the buying or selling process

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Broker
