SUMMARY:
Are you a results-driven professional with a strong background in operations and commercial property management? Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the management and operational efficiency of their commercial portfolio.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and property performance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property management processes and efficiencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to company policies.
Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in property management, specifically in a commercial setting.
Strong operational background with a proven track record in budget management and financial oversight.
Proficiency in MDA (Property Management Software) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to property management challenges.
