SUMMARY:
Your excellent Property experience is required to join our International Property Client at their Head Office in Stellenbosch.
Opportunity for a very experienced Property Administrator or Manager to manage property portfolios of buildings managed in the UK. 
This job requires excellent communication skills for extensive client liaison, exellent opportunity to further your career and passion within the Property sector!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric plus relevant qualifications highly advantageous
Property experience ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication experience dealing with property owners, clients and property team ESSENTIAL
Must have very good organisational skills
Able to prioritise work and a fast learner
Computer literate in Microsoft Office programmes
Excellent typing skills
Able to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
Good work ethic and a desire to progress within the property industry. 
Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday – Friday
3 days in office in Stellenbosch, 2 days remote working

DUTIES
Dealing with Clients, Property Manager and Property Team
Focusing on professional customer service; phone, email etc.
General administration duties
Invoice processing 
Assist with a new property to be set up the in-house systems
Maintain up to date contact information.
Mail outs
Check key documents are scanned and saved
Managing service charge and dealing with ground rent queries
Arrange works with contractors when necessary 
 
Salary: dependent on experience
