Proposals/Tender Manager

As the Proposals/Tender Manager, you will be responsible for the review, response, preparation and final submissions of proposals and tenders. You will also be required to manage the sales team.

Some of the duties include:

• Support sales teams with the proposal processes
• Review tender documents for a clear understanding of the requirements and terms and conditions
• Lead tender and proposal meetings
• Establish strategy, timelines and deliverables plan
• Qualification of deviations and/or risks
• Build proposal documents according to the requirements
• Manage the sales team

You will need to have at least 5 years’ experience in proposals/tenders management in an engineering environment with an engineering qualification. You must be able and willing to travel both locally and internationally.
