Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure goods and services in line with company policies and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and alternative sources.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate records of purchases.
• Collaborate with various departments to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory levels.

• Minimum of a National Diploma is required.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent, Buyer, or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management practices.
• Solid understanding of supply chain procedures and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
