SUMMARY:
Redelinghuys Area – Western Cape: Our client is looking for a QC Accreditations Clerk to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
A relevant B-Degree (M+3) in food technology at a recognized and SAQA accredited university

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
Sound knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Management Processes
Fruit Industry knowledge
Document procedures in accordance with standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Exposure to and understanding of implementation of OHSAS, food safety, HACCP and Siza, globalgap. BRC
Fair understanding of agricultural production and supply chain; General business acumen, Computer packages & system(s) currently in use by the company.

KEY DUTIES

Leasing with accreditation consultant and coordinating accreditations
Block registration for exports
Coordinate general office administration
Collection and filing of accreditation documentation
Health & Safety administration
Quality Control according to accreditation standards
Quality Control in packhouse (Grapes and Citrus)
