QC Inspector

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Wynbery
Coordination of manufacturing operations for all welding and welding related activities in accordance with the job description for a responsible welding coordinator – related to the ISO3834 criteria
Fulfil the tasks and requirements outlined in ISO14731: Welding coordination tasks and responsibilities and those specific to the job description
Fulfil tasks and duties related to ISO 3834 level 2 quality management system
Manufacturing of fired heaters to ASME code – management of all related documentation and QC docs / COC / QCP – compilation and processing of documentation related hereto.
Document control for all aspects of the manufacturing process – material certs / ISO3834 control documents / record keeping / supervision
Liaison with client QC side and the companies AIA service provider as to the above and on projects where needed
Action and processing of inspections – client and AIA etc.
Compilation of manuals / data packs related to ASME 1 and ASME 8 products made
Compilation of reports on fired heaters returned for repair
Attend meetings with clients as the companies QC manager
