The Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.

Responsibilities:
ØReviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
ØScrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
ØLiaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
ØPreparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
ØAdvising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
ØKeeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
ØDocumenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
ØEstablishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
ØTraveling from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements:
ØBachelor''s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
ØConstruction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
ØStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.
ØSound knowledge of construction.
ØExcellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
ØAbility to organize, plan, and strategize.
ØA valid driver''s license.
