Our client is excited to find the right Service Advisor who will need to have strong Technical and Service Advisor skills and be able to ensure top customer satisfaction by delivering an efficient service experience to customers – if this revs your engine, then you are invited to apply for the position of Service Advisor.  

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact and responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and service, managing service appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process from start to finish. 

Remuneration
A competitive market related salary per month, depending on experience plus performance-based Incentive – Standard Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid.

• Matric Certificate
• Minimum 2 years’ Service Advisor experience in an Automotive dealership
• Computer Literate (MS Office Suite) and CRM Knowledge
• Previous experience as an automotive technician – Advantageous
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other technicians and engineers.
• Valid driver's license, own transport and clean driving record
