SUMMARY:

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Quality Admin Assistant - This is a Junior Role : Engineering Services Sector reporting to the QC Manager in Isando, Kempton Park

POSITION INFO:
Job Description

Track progress on Quality Control Plans (QCP’s) approvals.
Retrieval of inspection reports, compile reports to collate the manufacturing data book for submission to customer after shipment delivery.
Day to day compile QA/QC documents and inspection reports onto system.
Use STRUMIS to extract and develop inspection records to populate the Manufacturer Data Record (MRD) and submission to TPI/Customer Representatives for sign off.
To compile the final MDR as per required format and requirement.
To build equipment traceability sheet, verify for correctness. Mill test certificates and reports correlate and are accurate
Manage Final MDR review by TPI.
To prepare and filing of MDR copy per customer requirement.
To prepare Certificate of Conformance for shipment of equipment, signed off by client in MDR
To follow up on material certificates received from PO (Purchase Orders) and are scanned into server and hard copies placed in the MDR.
Corrosion protection and Sub Suppliers Data books delivered to the Company, checked for completeness & correctness.
Requesting of updated Data book documents such as TQN’s/Concessions/NCR’S from relevant document controller.
Maintain an updated NCR log and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure timely closure of NCRs and record corrective action reports (CARs).
As Bulit drawing files are up to date with the latest completed drawings and data.
Maintaining the IMS Master Calibration Register
Attend Quality meetings, with minutes captured accurately and distributed

Qualifications

Very good computer skills: MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
Matric with 70% maths marks
Organisational Skills
Time Management Skills
Strumis(to be trained)
Dataloop (to be trained)
