Quality Supervisor

Our client is an international organization specializing in the manufacturing of automotive plastics.  Here in South Africa they work alongside extrusion specialists across the globe creating a strong, truly international manufacturing presence.

Due to the current Quality Supervisor being promoted to a branch in the UK, the Cape Town branch now has a vacancy.  The successful candidate will be responsible for continually improving the quality of the product.

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Qualification and a BTech in Quality.
• Automotive industry experience highly advantageous.
• Computer literacy in MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
• Background in Manufacturing with knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, APQP and SPC.
• Strong knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Ability to read technical drawings and carry out Project documentation reviews.
