SUMMARY:
Quality Technician will support production on all areas of the production process from start to finish by doing product measurement, including overseeing goods in receiving and despatch.

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas

Application of Quality Management Systems. Strong on root cause analysis and corrective actions application.
Assure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and engineering drawings
Coordinate calibration of gauges and measurement devices
Develop and adhere to quality control objectives while aligning them with production procedures and aligning with Quality management systems requirements.
Conduct LPA, Product, System and Process audits
Exceptional knowledge in measuring products with callipers, gauges, or micrometres and application of MSA / SPC principles including calibration
