Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performing, Tendering & Estimating
Ensure the correct Analysis of drawings and technical specifications
Ensure that there is an understanding of the various contractual terms & conditions
Building of positive internal and external client relations
Ensure that there is always complete budgeting/scheduling
Formulate unit pricing for estimation and tendering as well as for Valuing Variation orders
Ensures the completion of labour costing & productivity breakdown
Perform pre-construction services and estimating
Formulating contractual claims in accordance with contract provisions
Provide feedback to the Site Manager regarding monthly labour costing information
Capture and report on the procurement status of each project and keeping the records in an organisationally approved file format
Charing of monthly internal cost report and progress status report meetings
