SUMMARY:
Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have a solid understanding of CCS Candy with Valuations & Estimating as well as Quantity Take-offs

National Diploma Building OR B.Tech OR B.Sc

Main duties shall include:

Liaison with Clients, doing final accounts, monthly valuations, and pricing variations
Assisting Project Manager with planning, co-ordinating and controlling resources
Compilation and submission of monthly revenue provisions and cost accruals
Ensuring full recovery of completed jobs by collecting relevant backing documents
Expediting timeous payment of invoices to minimize debtor days
Budgeting and revenue forecasting for the Project Manager

Preference shall be given to Applications who have worked on Shopping Malls and Commercial Building projects

Must be willing to work in Rural areas within SA
