Junior Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education required: National Diploma OR B.Tech OR B.Sc Quantity Surveying

Experience required: 3 to 5 years Quantity Surveying experience with Residential and Commercial Building projects

Duties:
  • Ensuring that the monthly valuations for each project is submitted as agreed with the professional team
  • Certifying of payment certificates to all relevant sub-contractors on each project
  • Preparing and submitting of tender documentation
  • Assisting with Project Management
Our Client is a Residential Developer and Commercial Building Contractor
