JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

Promote the sale of software effectively to customers

Responsibilities:

Achieve allocated call targets
Support all other team members and their associated database of clients (order placing, quoting processing)
All renewals to be quoted in advance - Customers notified of their renewal before expiry date
Follow up on deals weekly and report to Line Manager
Update tracking documents on ERP systems to ensure customer detail accuracy
Manage the sourcing and delivery of products to the customer providing daily updates to customers;
Prepare weekly updates on renewals list with Line Manager.

Education & Experience:

Matric or equivalent
Previous sales experience in a call center environment
Software licensing knowledge
Knowledge regarding accounting principles will be an advantage.

Technical Competencies:

MS Office (Advanced) and MS Excel essential
Stock Management on ERP system will be an advantage
