Job Description

• We are looking for someone to assist our Property Department with City of Cape Town Rates accounts administration. This would include:
• Maintaining a Data Base of Rates Accounts received
• Ensuring Rates invoices are correct and processed for payment
• Confirm City Property Valuations are correct and updated regularly
• Following up on rates queries, refunds and miscellaneous allocations
• Internal

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12
• Strong numeracy skills are essential.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Sound Ms Office skills, particularly with Excel.
• Previous experience in a property development environment with debtors/creditors control will be advantageous.
