Our client is a facilities management company, servicing large public and private sector contracts.

Job Description

• Provide managerial and supervisory direction with regards to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Manage technical maintenance field work
• Staff management
• Co-operate with the client and other service provider in providing all necessary information for detailed field planning of technical (NB air conditioning and electrical) maintenance in order to ensure optimum implementation.
• Develop and maintain a successful business partnership with the client

Qualifications

• A 3-year tertiary qualification, National Diploma / Trade Test Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Skills

• Minimum 5-years'' experience in facilities environment
• HSE level 1 & 2
• Enhanced knowledge of: Production plants & process, Electrical Maintenance procedures, Equipment & machinery, Codes & Health and Safety, Best Practices, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, Technical drawing
• Strong leadership skills and a confident decision maker
• Good organising and planning skills

Salary / Package

R400K - R480K CTC per annum
