SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative R&D Polymer Scientist to spearhead the development of new polymer materials and products tailored for the composites and coatings industries. The role involves leading a team of chemists and technicians, managing R&D projects, and driving technical excellence to meet market needs.

Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications: Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 5–7 years in polymer R&D, ideally in the composites or coatings industries.
