RS Recruitment Services is assisting a large MANUFACTURING company to source a RECEPTIONIST be based in WESTMEAD, Durban. Salary from R6 000 to R8 000.
OUR CLIENT HAS GROWN INTO ONE OF THE LARGEST MANUFACTURERS OF FURNITURE IN SOUTH AFRICA, WITH MANUFACTURING PARTNERS IN CHINA, VIETNAM AND INDIA.
The ideal candidate should have/be the following:
Matric.
Highly reliable.
Good telephone etiquette.
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
Able to project a professional image.
Customer focused.
Good organising skills.
Attention to detail.
Computer literate with the MS Office Suite.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately.
Operating the switchboard.
Taking and recording messages.
Follow-up calls to customers about collections, etc.
Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Remuneration:
R6 000 to R8 000 ctc depending on experience and qualifications.
