JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a track record of sourcing and placing candidates:

  • Commission only (70/30)
  • Back office functions provided
  • No salary, no employee benefits

Minimum requirements

  • Mature, proven recruiter/headhunter with own client base
  • No restraint of trade
  • Proof of past billings and solid references mandatory
  • Post graduate diploma/degree in any of the human sciences preferred
  • SA citizens only
  • Self starter
  • Sales oriented
  • Ability to source own mandates

NB Must be able to commit full time
