•Minimum of 1 year experience having worked within a Recruitment Consultancy environment (not an HR Department) and fully understanding the full function of Recruitment and the process thereof, essential (Sourcing, selecting and shortlisting of candidates, liaising with both client and candidate, verifications and checks, assisting with interviews, etc)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
• Good sense of judgement and eye for attention to detail and ability to source, select and manage both client and candidate process
• Building rapport with clients and ensuring top quality service – needs to be extremely client centric
• Strong work ethics, integrity and “can-do” attitude essential
• Ability to handle high volume work load and cope under pressure. Strong sense of urgency
• Must reside in the Nelson Mandela Metro
