REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE MANAGER - Cape Town R20 000 – R30 000 CTC.

 

Repairs & Maintenance Manager needed for Property Company. You would need to manage 4 Maintenance teams and also manage the Insurance claims as they arise as well as look after the vehicle maintenance. Properties are positioned across the Cape Flats and it is a mix of Residential and Commercial tenants. Needs to be hands-on, do regular inspections of repairs completed and do building safety and security checks.
